Introduction
Welcome to Docufen, a web-based document management platform designed for use in the food and drug industry, developed by Integrity Codes Pty Ltd. Docufen is a compliant digital document completion solution that allows users to create, edit, and manage documents electronically through a secure web interface.
Use of Docufen
By using Docufen, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Docufen.
Data Privacy
Docufen is designed as a secure, multi-tenant cloud platform built on Microsoft Azure. Your organization's data is stored in dedicated Azure Cosmos DB databases and Azure Blob Storage containers that are isolated and secure. Each tenant receives a separate database and storage container named after your organization, ensuring complete data isolation and security. All data remains within Microsoft Azure's enterprise cloud infrastructure and is protected by enterprise-grade security, encryption, and compliance certifications.
Intellectual Property
Docufen is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Integrity Codes Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer Docufen without the express written permission of Integrity Codes Pty Ltd.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Docufen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Integrity Codes Pty Ltd does not warrant that Docufen will meet your requirements or that the operation of Docufen will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Integrity Codes Pty Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Docufen.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Integrity Codes Pty Ltd is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia in relation to any dispute between the parties.
Order of Priority
These Terms take priority over the terms of any other agreement between the parties. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the terms of any other such agreement, these terms shall prevail.
Any terms which would otherwise be implied into this agreement are expressly excluded, except to the extent that the exclusion of such implied terms is prohibited by law.
